  • What is your standard return policy? You can return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery if you're not satisfied, but all sales are final after that period.
  • What items cannot be returned? Custom orders, certain specific product options, and items bought with special discounts/volume orders are generally non-refundable (see the detailed policy for exceptions).
  • Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, shipping fees for returns are not covered.
  • In what condition should returned items be? Items must be in original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging if possible.
  • Can I get store credit instead of a refund? Yes, you can choose store credit or a refund.

Custom Orders

  • Can I cancel a custom order once production has started? No, custom orders are non-refundable if production is underway.
  • Can I cancel a custom order if production hasn't started? Possibly. You might get a refund minus costs for drawing work and a restocking fee, if applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

  • What's the first step to return an item? Call customer service at 770-406-6646.
  • How will I get instructions for sending the item back? You'll receive an email with an RMA number and the return instructions.
